Growing up, Erica’s passion was running and always dreamed about pursuing a professional running career. Erica’s dreams were answered when she moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, U.S.A. to attend university on an athletic scholarship, which then led Erica to run professionally for 5 years. The pinnacle of her running career was when she represented Australia at the Commonwealth Games.
With Erica’s amazing planning ability and focus on achieving success in every walk of life, she found herself wanting to move back to Australia and focus her efforts on a new challenge in business and working with a great team of people. Erica took on the role of General Manager in 2010.
Erica is responsible for guiding the business ensuring our key goals and objectives are met. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas with majors in Marketing and Management.
