Shylesh (affectionately known as “Shy”) grew up in Sri Lanka. His childhood dream was to be a pilot, but with a head for numbers he soon decided on a career in Finance. In 2007, Shy moved to Australia to attend university. He studied Commerce at Deakin University, majoring in Accounting, Finance and Financial Planning. Shy worked as an Associate Accountant in Melbourne before joining the team at Income Solutions’ Carlton office.
