David Ramsay Founder/Principal Financial Planner

David is the Founder and Senior Financial Planner of Income Solutions. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and has 18 years experience in the Financial Planning industry. He is married with four young children and understands the challenges of balancing a budget that will cater for today’s needs and tomorrow’s dreams and desires. David is passionate about making sure his clients have a passive income that will allow them to enjoy the lifestyle of their choice.

Craig McKenzie Financial Planner

Craig is a Partner and Financial Planner and has been with Income Solutions since 2003. Craig has an Advanced Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning). Craig will soon commence studying for his Masters Degree in Financial Planning and specialises in Self Managed Superannuation Funds. Craig is married with two young children and lives locally in the Geelong area.

David Potter Practice Manager

David joined Income Solutions in 2006 as the Practice Manager. He has previously worked with Mobil Oil Australia Ltd and James Home Services, primarily in the retail and service industries. David has owned and operated many businesses in the Geelong area over the last twenty years and has proven himself capable of developing highly successful businesses. He brings to Income Solutions a wealth of experience in management and business development. A client of Income Solutions for well over ten years, David has directly benefited from the lifestyle planning and investment principles of Income Solutions. David has always lived and worked in the Geelong area. He is married and has four children.

John Monotti Financial Planner

John is a financial planner who joined our joint venture arrangement during 2005. He has been in the industry since 1991. Prior to this he was employed in the Product Engineering Department of International Harvester in Geelong for more than 31 years where he held a number of senior management positions. John is a Certified Financial Planner and has Bachelor degrees in Science and Commerce and a Diploma of Financial Planning.

Robert Kirtley Associate Financial Planner

Robert is an Associate Financial Planner and works with Craig McKenzie and John Monotti through our joint venture arrangement. Robbie has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University and has been with the business since 2006.

Susan Rantall Marketing Manager

Susan joined Income Solutions in 2005 and is responsible for all ongoing client communication and events for the business. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with majors in Marketing and International Business. Susan is married and moved to Geelong from the United States in early 2005.

Jessica Langdon Associate Financial Planner

Jessica is an Associate Financial Planner and has been with Income Solutions since May 2006. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University with majors in Financial Planning and Accounting.
