One way we attempt to achieve this is to ensure our clients make an informed decision based on knowledge and education. We hold monthly ‘common sense investing’ seminars where our goal is to educate clients in the different asset classes they can choose between when investing for their future.
We also encourage our clients to ask questions and challenge our advice. Asking questions ensures you have the opportunity to fully understand why we are recommending a certain strategy and understanding how they would work to enhance your situation.
At times we have to to tell our clients ‘what they need to hear, not what they want to hear’. Simply hearing what you want to hear is no advice at all. We endeavor to give the best possible advice to assist our clients in reaching their goals.
